is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. This position is based in PittsburghPA.

MonitorandmaintainITinfrastructureincludingserversnetworksandcloudenvironments

Ensuresystemavailabilityperformanceandscalabilitythroughproactivemonitoringandtuning

Ensuresecureenvironmentbyproactivelyplanningandpatching / upgradingservicesserversnetworkdevices

Automateoperationalprocessesusingscriptingandconfigurationmanagementtools

Implementandenforcesecuritypoliciesandprocedures

Managebackupsdisasterrecoveryplansandbusinesscontinuitystrategies

CollaboratewithServiceDeskApplicationandCyberSecurityTeams

Maintaindocumentationforsystemsprocessesandprocedures

TroubleshootLevel3andresolvesystemandnetworkissuesinatimelymanner

Participateinon-callrotationandincidentresponse
