About The Position

Job Title : Outpatient Operating Room Registered Nurse

Profession : Registered Nurse

Specialty : Outpatient Operating Room

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8 or 10-hour shifts, based on unit needs

Hours per Shift : 40 hours per week

Experience : Minimum of 2 years required

License : Licensed Nurse required

Certifications : BLS required

Must-Have : Ability to scrub as first scrub and circulate in orthopedic cases

Description :

Operating Room has 6 suites.

Average of 12 cases per day.

Call is required and shifts are rotating.

Call responses must occur within 30 minutes.

Rotational call shifts require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience is required in scrubbing and circulating for orthopedic procedures.

Able to float to other specialty areas as needed.

Must be willing to collaboratively determine call shifts with coworkers.

Charting system utilized is EPIC.
