We are seeking a skilled Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead our cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $102k / year & benefits (see below).

Responsibilities :

• Apply Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies to effectively plan, execute, and deliver projects aligned with business goals.
• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage product and sprint backlogs, prioritize work, and utilize tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally to track progress and visual dashboards such as burndown charts.
• Identify and remove team impediments to ensure smooth progress and continuous delivery.
• Coordinate project activities, track progress, manage risks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of requirements and expectations.
• Monitor team performance metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and capacity to drive improvements and optimize processes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports, risk logs, RAID logs, and change requests to ensure transparency and compliance.
