The R&O Maintenance Supervisor will supervise a team of individual contributors who maintain and repair manufacturing equipment at our North Charleston, SC facility. You will leverage your maintenance experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented maintenance mechanics. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams and, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies to deliver high-impact business results.
