Duties and Responsibilities :

• Administer CNA written and / or skills competency exams according to LDH, LCTCS, and LDCC testing policies.
• Verify candidate identity, check admission tickets, and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Provide clear instructions to candidates prior to and during testing.
• Monitor testing sessions to ensure compliance with all rules and prevent misconduct.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of testing materials and candidate information.
• Report irregularities, incidents, or rule violations promptly and accurately.
• Set up and organize testing rooms and equipment before sessions and return materials after use.
• Communicate professionally with students, faculty, and program staff.
