Lap of Love is a national practice dedicated exclusively to in-home end-of-life care for pets. We believe all pets and their families deserve the most compassionate and supportive end-of-life experience. Our veterinarians help pets and their parents with quality-of-life assessments, pain and anxiety management, end-of-life consultations, and peaceful euthanasia in the comfort of their pet’s favorite place – home.
Schedule : Monday - Friday; 8AM - 5PM (occasional night webinar)

Position Description
Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice, headquartered in Lutz, FL., seeks to add a key member to its growing team by employing a dynamic Senior Graphic Designer to support our Marketing Department. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to support overall marketing efforts in a fast-paced, exciting, and fun environment and will play an instrumental role in accelerating growth in two key areas :
- Veterinarian and Veterinary Student Recruitment Marketing : Help attract compassionate veterinarians and students by creating targeted digital advertising, social media campaigns, and email marketing that highlights why Lap of Love is the ideal place to grow or start their careers.
- Internal Branding : Help bring Lap of Love’s vision to life through compelling communications and engaging internally branded materials that connect employees to our purpose, mission, and values.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract and engage veterinarians through digital, social, email, and other paid channels.Partner with Marketing and Recruiting to optimize talent pools, improve candidate experience, and analyze campaigns using Hubspot, our CRM.Build and maintain a veterinarian-focused content strategy, including webinars, videos, and testimonials.Collaborate with HR and Employee Relations to help craft engaging messages, newsletters, and materials to strengthen culture and employee connection.Support company-wide marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation for Lap of Love’s services.Monitor marketing analytics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.Experience, Education and Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Marketing (Digital, Brand, Social), Graphic Design, or related field, requiredProficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid digital advertising, requiredAt least 5 years of relevant experience, requiredProficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CanvaSuperior organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to self-manage multiple projects at a timeSelf-driven, collaborative, and motivated to do profound workStrong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrityTop notch oral and written communication skillsConfident, independent thinker, and self-starterAbility to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentExercises critical thinking skillsThis position is a remote role requiring the ability to work independently.
