Heinzerling Community is seeking a compassionate and experienced professional who is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with our residents that will last a lifetime!

As a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), you will play a key role in supporting individuals with severe or profound developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and maximizing their independence. You will develop and implement individualized service plans, provide direct care, and facilitate community engagement opportunities for residents.

Pay Rate and Hours :

8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.

Monday - Friday

Salary starting at $53,560 per year, commensurate with experience.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
