Job description

As a Product Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing communication and operational efficiency within the Global Development organization. Your meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills will directly impact the success of critical projects, including a website revamp and ongoing communication strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team and make a tangible impact on a global scale.

Looking for someone who has :

  • Digital tools and training, can support all development tools
  • Product development background is helpful
  • The ability to be organized leading projects and is cross-functional
  • Background with apparel development
  • Website revamp experience

Good to note :

  • This person might be working on some 3D work (CLO tool)
  • Responsibilities :

  • Lead the revamp of the Global Development website, collaborating with stakeholders and external web design partners to ensure a seamless user experience that reflects the new organizational structure.
  • Develop and execute effective communication strategies, including crafting and distributing monthly website emails to keep the organization informed.
  • Manage joint email accounts, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Manage designated Slack channels to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Provide meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines with ease.
  • Bring a proactive and solution-focused mindset to the role, leveraging your problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize workflows.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing circumstances while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must-Have Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in project management and communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications :

  • Experience with apparel development processes.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software.
  • The target hiring compensation range for this role is $49.79 to $55.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
