The Myriad Alliance is a global network of independent charitable service organizations dedicated to unlocking the full potential of international philanthropy. Working with individuals, families, corporate philanthropy, and charitable organizations around the world, the members of Alliance connect donors with trusted project partners to encourage, stimulate, and facilitate what we call borderless giving.
Role Summary
The Network Manager will support the Myriad Alliance CEO, strengthen cohesion and collaboration between Alliance members, and coordinate initiatives and special programs undertaken by two or more organizations. The role requires a thoughtful communicator and coordinator who can gather input from multiple Alliance members, support coordination between key stakeholders inside the network, and carry out work that strengthens the ability for members to work together on shared goals.
Reports to : Myriad Alliance CEO
Compensation : Half?time salary US$40,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities
Member Coordination
- Actively support the CEO in the coordination of identified priorities / initiatives amongst members
- Maintain regular communication across the Network to support collaborative efforts and consistent information sharing
- Strengthen cohesion and collaboration by simplifying tools and processes for more effective communication and coordination
- Support Steering Committee coordination by preparing for meetings, sending out meeting notices, arranging logistics, taking and sharing minutes, and coordinating next steps needed on shared projects and other actions decided upon by the group
- Support the Alliances CEO, to think through Members ideas and initiatives to keep it simple and make it operational
Shared Initiatives
Works closely with the Myriad Alliance CEO and members to support initiatives currently being pursued by two or more members togetherGrowth of Myriad Alliance Membership
Assists the Myriad Alliance CEO in conducting outreach to potential Myriad members and partnersGuides potential members and partners through recruitment communications and supports their onboarding and engagement as part of the Myriad AllianceConsistent Brand Representation and Messaging for Myriad Worldwide
Works with members to ensure that Myriad branding is consistently applied in communication materials and external presentationsIdentifies needs and facilitates the creation of branded resources that support MyriadQualifications
