This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8a-5p, night and weekend call

Job Setting : Clinic or Operating Room

Types of Cases : Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in Operating Room. Adults only - no Pediatrics

Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner

Must have an BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

Active Illinois State License or Interstate Medical Compact Licensure in hand
