Senior Analyst

We are looking for a curious and impact-driven Senior Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team in our San Francisco or Chicago office. This role is perfect for someone with 35 years of experience in banking analytics who enjoys turning data into insights that shape business decisions. You'll work closely with business leaders and senior analysts to uncover trends, solve problems, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Insight Development & Reporting

Analyze banking product performance and client behavior to identify opportunities and risks.

Use SQL and Python (or similar programming languages) to extract, clean, and analyze data.

Partner with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals.

Qualifications

25 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in banking or financial services.

Proficient in SQL and Python (or other programming languages with a willingness to learn Python).

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

$57,500.00 - $106,500.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
