The project portfolio includes commercial, educational, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and many others. Responsibilities : Conceptual Estimating – start with the drawings and take all the way through Develop preliminary cost estimates Review design plans, scopes for constructability, value engineering , etc. Requirements : BA / BS Construction related degree preferred 10 years minimum – hands-on commercial project estimating Knowledge (GMP) proposal handling Proven experience with pre-construction CM contracts (client & designer meetings) This position is based in Fort Myers, FL (relocation assistance).
