Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Water / Wastewater Engineer to lead design and project management efforts across water and wastewater systems. This role involves managing complex projects from concept through completion, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior engineers—all while delivering resilient infrastructure solutions for our municipal and state clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water and wastewater engineering design projects from concept through completion.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, blueprints, aerial photography, and geotechnical data to plan and design projects.
• Assess and identify

collection / distribution

system performance issues; develop innovative, cost-effective solutions.

This role reports directly to the Water Resources Team Lead and offers clear opportunities for career advancement into Senior Project Manager or Practice Lead positions.

Work Location

This position will be based out of our Lanham, MD office with hybrid flexibility. Occasional travel may be required for project and client engagements.
