Locum Radiation Oncologist needed

Overview

All Star Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Radiation Oncologist for Locum coverage in Florida. Some details include :

Responsibilities

• Coverage is needed full time, M‑F, ongoing
• Hours are 8a–6p, with the possibility of flexing for earlier / later coverage, depending on patient volume needs
• No call, nights, or weekends
• You can expect 3D / IMRT / SBRT / SRS
• Total average volume is 50‑60 patients per day
• OTVs on Mondays, Consults are 4 days a week, 2‑3 consults per day (T‑F) (possible follow ups (30min) to be seen in consult slots (60min))
• Equipment, treatment planning, and software used is : Epic, Mosaiq, Eclipse, MIM, BrainLab, Oncentra, RadCalc, Philips wide bore CT, Trilogy, TrueBeam 4.1 with a new True Beam ordered for Q1 delivery (clinic hours to reduce at that time).
• Weekly tumor board meetings are on Tuesdays at 7a
• They also do weekly chart rounds,review of new patients.
