- Monday through Friday day shift 40 hours per week
- 55 patient visits per week caseload
- Outpatient orthopedic and neurological setting
- Focus on adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients
- Experience required with orthopedic and fall risk assessments
- Extensive orthopedic case mix including spine and joint conditions
- Brachial plexus injury experience needed
- Case management responsibilities included
- We provide complimentary housing and travel
