Job description
Seeking a Monday to Friday Medical Provider to provide medical treatment to a caseload of Inpatients. This would be from Admission to discharge. This facility does not have an ER and admissions are scheduled as to arrival. Medical Provider would sign admission form upon arrival, complete the required H&P, and review prescribed medications on intake. 90 day progress note required, treatment plan if chronic medical issue initiate discharge as to patient transfer to other facility.
