Executive Recruiter | Accounting & Finance Technical Search – We’re seeking a Director of Corporate Accounting to build and lead the accounting function for a rapidly growing, PE-backed organization. This role combines technical accounting expertise with hands-on leadership to drive accuracy, process improvement, and scalable reporting. Reports to : VP, Accounting.

We’re seeking a dedicated accounting leader to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and proactive partnerships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and quarterly close across multiple entities
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements under U.S. GAAP
• Develop technical memos, accounting policies, and compliance documentation
• Serve as primary liaison with auditors; manage PBC lists and deliverables
• Lead financial analytics and variance reviews to support decision-making
• Ensure alignment and data integrity across departments
• Monitor new accounting guidance and implement required changes
• Manage reporting to private equity stakeholders
• Mentor and grow the accounting team (Senior Accountant to report into this role)
• Leverage NetSuite for reporting, automation, and ERP optimization
