Vice President of Global Supply Chain

We're working with a fast-growing food production company based just outside of Portland to identify their next Vice President of Supply Chain. This is an exciting role for a dynamic leader who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, helping guide a rapidly scaling organization through its next phase of growth.

This position combines long-term vision with day-to-day operational oversight. You'll lead and develop a high-performing team covering planning, warehousing, logistics, and customer support, while also taking the reins on a major expansion project. Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy across demand planning, logistics, inventory control, and warehousing
• Direct the planning and rollout of a new large-scale warehouse, including design, automation, and systems implementation
• Manage and mentor direct reports across supply chain disciplines, while encouraging cross-functional collaboration
• Align production and inventory planning with commercial forecasts
• Oversee inbound and outbound transportation, including 3PL partnerships
• Advance performance through process optimization, technology upgrades, and KPI tracking
