About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform skilled maintenance across multiple trades, including mechanical, electrical, and facilities repair. You'll diagnose equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, and help ensure the smooth operation of machinery and building systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines and building systems running efficiently
• Inspect motors, drives, belts, filters, and fluid levels following maintenance checklists
• Use a wide range of tools, from hand tools to precision testing instruments
• Assemble, install, or repair electrical wiring, components, plumbing, machinery, and equipment
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions
• Clean and lubricate bearings, gears, shafts, and mechanical components
• Dismantle devices using cranes, hoists, or power tools to access and replace faulty components
• Maintain records of maintenance performed, including cost and repair details
