We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Associate to support our growing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, placing and tracking orders, and maintaining inventory to ensure projects run on schedule. Who You Are

  • Organized and analytical, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and solution-oriented in managing vendors and resolving issues
  • Excellent communicator across departments and with external suppliers
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Familiar with inventory control systems and purchasing processes
  • Comfortable negotiating pricing and terms with vendors
  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain preferred

What You'll Do

  • Source, select, and manage relationships with vendors for materials, hardware, and components
  • Place and track material orders to ensure timely delivery for projects
  • Coordinate closely with Remeasure Specialists and Installation Teams on projectspecific material needs
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, minimizing excess while avoiding shortages
  • Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying quantity, quality, and accuracy against purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate purchasing documentation, logs, and inventory records
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to organize and store received materials properly
  • Communicate delivery timelines, delays, or material changes to coordination and installation teams
  • Support budgeting by verifying invoices and tracking purchasing costs
  • Ensure all purchased materials meet quality and safety standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in purchasing processes and cost efficiency
