Responsibilities :

Process weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly payrolls accurately and on time

Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, timekeeping, and deductions

Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliations

Support HR and Finance teams with payroll-related projects

Qualifications :

2+ years of payroll experience (multi-state experience a plus)

Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax compliance

Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP, Paylocity, Paychex, or similar)

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality
