About the Role
We’re working with a cutting-edge semiconductor innovator developing next-generation AI and compute architectures. This is a rare hybrid role – part technical architect, part client-facing problem solver – working directly with customers, sales teams, and internal engineering to define the next generation of intelligent hardware systems.
Principal Solutions Architect
will be the technical linchpin for our sales and architecture organization, guiding customers through complex design and integration decisions while shaping the technical vision for advanced SoCs and AI hardware.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the sales organization to support technical pre-sales and customer solution design.
Define and refine SoC and system-level architectures from concept through production.
Collaborate with design, verification, and software teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
Support full-chip bring‑up, debug, and integration activities.
Translate customer challenges and machine‑learning workloads into architecture‑level solutions.
Engage directly with client and architecture teams to understand design intent and deliver value‑driven solutions.
Lead proof‑of‑concept activities, technical demos, and architecture presentations to support business growth.
Successful Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a senior, commercially aware architect who can navigate both technology and client engagement. You will have a solid grounding in SoC design, system architecture, and machine learning, combined with the communication and commercial instincts to influence clients, shape technical solutions, and support strategic sales opportunities.
Key Requirements
Proven background in solutions architecture, system or SoC architecture, with strong commercial awareness.
Experience engaging with client architecture teams and supporting pre‑sales cycles.
Hands‑on understanding of design processes, integration, and full-chip bring‑up.
Strong machine‑learning knowledge, ideally applied to hardware or compute systems.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Confident leading technical discussions, demos, and customer workshops.
Analytical, inquisitive mindset with the ability to qualify requirements and shape solutions.
Salary and Package
Competitive base salary ranging from $200k – $300k (depending on level and experience).
