Position Summary :

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team in Hockley, TX. This individual will support the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks, helping to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and order confirmations.
  • Process and manage sales orders using CRM / ERP systems.
  • Communicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with warehouses and logistics teams to track and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, product details, and sales activities.
  • Generate sales reports, assist with pipeline forecasting, and create presentation materials.
  • Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, and trade show preparation.  Attends as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues and improve service.
  • Manages customer accounts and builds relationships with customers.
  • Visits customers when needed, approx 35% travel.
  • Monitors market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
  • Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned at any time.

Requirements :

Required Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) :

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree. (GED).
  • Must be available for travel within the United States - 35%.
  • Superior Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
  • Customer service and people skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Preferred Qualifications : (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • College degree.
  • One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in Sales.
  • Work Environment and Job Location :

  • This is an on-site position, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
  • Requires routine travel within the United States - 35%.
  • This position operates in an office setting at our corporate office located in Hockley, TX 77447.
