Schedule : MondayFriday, 9 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM (30 hours / week)

Position Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Coach to support students in achieving academic and behavioral success. The Learning Coach will work closely with educators, therapists, and families to implement individualized learning strategies and provide direct support to students in various educational settings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide one-on-one or small group academic support.
- Assist with behavior management and social-emotional learning.
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement IEPs and learning plans.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the educational team.
- Support students in developing executive functioning and study skills.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.Experience working with children or in educational settings is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.Required Pennsylvania Clearances (Must be current or obtained before start) :
