Job descriptionConduct jobsite safety inspections and hazard assessments Develop and deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks Investigate incidents and prepare accident reports Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies Coordinate with project teams on site-specific safety plans Maintain safety documentation and OSHA recordkeeping Review and approve job hazard analyses (JHAs) Conduct new hire safety orientations 3+ years of construction safety experience OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards Strong communication and training delivery skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety software Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field CHST, CSP, or other safety certifications Experience with mechanical or MEP construction Bilingual English / Spanish communication skills
