OBGYN Opening in ChicagoLocated near West TownFull-time, hospital-employed positionStart date before the Summer of 2026 ### Position Overview : Schedule : 16–20 hours of general clinical time (≈16 hrs clinic, 3–4 hrs surgery) Labor : One 24-hour restricted labor shift per week (post-call day off) OB / GYN Mix : Slightly OB-focused, with flexibility to adjust clinic time for surgery Average Deliveries : 7–12 per month per physician Clinic Volume : ~20 patients per session Robotics : Available; experience preferred but not required Call Schedule : Generally 1 : 5 EMR : EPIC ### Compensation & Benefits : Base Salary : $350,000 (two-year guarantee) Earning Potential : $350,000–$425,000 with productivity Sign-On / Relocation : Available and negotiable PTO / CME : Standard system benefits; $3,000 CME allowance
