Data Center Recruiter (Contractor)
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Data Center Recruiter (Contractor) to lead high-volume hiring efforts for early career talent across our data center operations. This contract role focuses on engaging, attracting, and hiring candidates from a range of educational backgrounds, including recent high school graduates, students from vocational and community colleges (2-year programs), and graduates from 4-year universities. The ideal candidate excels at pipeline building, campus relationship management, and providing an exceptional candidate experience. Targeting candidates based in New Mexico, Wisconsin, and Wyoming who are open to working as W2 contractor through Oracle's contingent staffing vendor. Targeting Dec 8 start date.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage high-volume university and early career recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent for data center technical and operational roles.
Build relationships and conduct outreach with high schools, technical / vocational colleges and 2- and 4-year institutions to promote data center opportunities.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruiting events, info sessions, and virtual events.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hires, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment plans for data center roles and / or others.
Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support additional lines of business / campus hiring as needed pending business demand fluctuations.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting or early career talent acquisition.
Experience recruiting for technical or data center roles is preferred.
Ability to travel, as needed, to any on-campus events, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is an understanding of the university recruitment landscape and ideally the data center industry.
Experience with data and analytics for recruitment, proficiency in ATS and other recruitment technologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Position Location : Remote / Work from Home - Must be based in New Mexico, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
Travel Component : As needed (i.e. campus events, career fairs, community outreach, onsite interview days).

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.
US : Hiring Range in USD from : $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
