Children’s Gymnastics Instructor – My Gym Fairfield

My Gym Fairfield is hiring Parent-Child & Kids' Gymnastics Instructors to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and believes in the power of movement, play, and connection to support healthy development.

About the Role

Instructors lead engaging, age-appropriate classes for children ranging from 6 weeks to 10 years old. Classes focus on building coordination, confidence, teamwork, and social skills in a safe and supportive environment. No gymnastics or teaching background is required-we provide full training.

Responsibilities

Lead and assist in structured movement and gymnastics classes for children.

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for families.

Encourage participation and celebrate children's progress.

Support birthday parties, camps, and special events.

Assist with setup, cleaning, and daily operations.

Qualifications

Enthusiastic and positive attitude when working with kids.

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn; training is provided.
