VP of Corporate Operations Support

A company is looking for a VP of Corporate Operations Support.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Corporate Support Teams and ensure effective onboarding of new branches

Resolve branch complaints and mentor department staff to enhance performance

Develop operational systems and procedures to improve efficiencies and monitor compliance reports

Required Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Processing, or Underwriting

3 to 5 years of management experience

Experience with mortgage lending functions and relevant loan types (FNMA, FHA, GNMA, VA)

Familiarity with processing, closing, and funding loans per guidelines

Experience with Encompass LOS system is a plus
