Position is not remote, located in the corporate support branches.

Oklahoma Locations : Claremore, OKC, Ponca City

Kansas Locations : Ark City, Winfield, Hutchinson

POSITION SUMMARY : Individuals in this position are responsible for the verification and validation of documents scanned by loan staff while adhering to all federal regulations, laws, and Bank policies. This position consists mainly of reviewing documentation and data entry.

This position is open to various RCB Bank markets, depending on location availability and location of the qualified candidate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Completes cross-indexing and smart indexing and works with PDFs.
• Reviews scanned documents coming from branches for quality control.
• Uploads documents from various locations while maintaining quality control.
• Scans all non-imaged files for any acquisition branches.
• Enters data from documents to the imaging system with accuracy and efficiency.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Work experience with computer systems and business equipment required.

Previous banking experience with an understanding of loan documents preferred.

Synergy software knowledge a plus.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING :

High school diploma or GED required.
