What you'll do as Social Butterfly :
Content Creation Champion : Craft engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences, aligning with marketing strategies and brand voice.Community Catalyst : Grow and nurture online communities around our clients' brands, fostering positive engagement and brand advocacy.Customer Care Maestro : Respond to comments and messages promptly, providing exceptional customer service that reflects each client's unique personality.Social Savant : Schedule and publish social media posts, maintaining a consistent and high-quality presence across platforms.Influencer Insider : Nurture influencer relationships and strategically manage partnership requests to maximize client success.Data Detective : Monitor social media conversations and identify potential brand reputation issues, taking proactive steps to address them.Team Player : Collaborate seamlessly with the Joybyte Kaleidoscope team (strategists, designers, account managers) to execute social media marketing strategies.Campaign Collaborator : Support social media campaigns and initiatives, including partnerships, contests, and user-generated content (UGC) efforts.Knowledge and skills required for the position are :
1+ years of experience in social media management or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling and brand voice consistency.A "people person" with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport online.Adept at problem-solving, creative thinking, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).Familiarity with social publishing tools (e.g., Sprout Social) is a plus.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, meeting deadlines efficiently.A positive attitude and a passion for building brands in the digital space.Ready to spread joy and make a difference through social media?
