Arizona Licensed Service Agent

A company is looking for a Part-Time Service Agent I.

Key Responsibilities

Contact blood donors via telephone to recruit for blood donation and update donor records

Schedule appointments and provide a positive service experience to maximize donor show rates

Maintain daily production standards and develop knowledge of donor criteria to inform eligibility

Required Qualifications

Must commit to 90 days of uninterrupted employment and adhere to the specified schedule

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required

Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center is required

Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Desire to learn about blood donations and promote within the organization
