We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality home health care services to adults and seniors in their private homes throughout Delaware County.

Job Description :

The ideal candidate will have a current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania, a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical / surgical) experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned by the client's physician or nurse practitioner.
• Monitor clients' conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and follow designated care plans.

The selected individual will be expected to work independently and manage time effectively, with solid computer skills and the ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Other Requirements :

A graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program is required. Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
