We are seeking a Duct Fabricator to join our shop team. This position focuses on hammering ductwork by shaping, assembling, and finishing sheet metal components according to job specifications. If you have experience working with sheet metal and take pride in precision and craftsmanship, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate rectangular and round ductwork using hand tools and powered machines
• Hammer duct seams and joints to secure fit and integrity
• Follow detailed fabrication instructions, drawings, and templates
• Inspect duct sections for quality and accuracy
• Ensure all pieces are properly labeled and organized for delivery to job sites
• Assist with loading / unloading materials and maintaining shop organization
• Follow all safety protocols and use PPE appropriately
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
