Job Description

As a Security Officer - Financial Front Desk Full-Time in Malvern, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting security-related protocols. Your responsibilities will include verifying access, assisting with badge procedures, and providing outstanding customer service. You will use computer or tablet systems to manage entry and help to deter incidents through your professional presence. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
