A rapidly growing hospitality brand is searching for a high-impact Assistant General Manager with a strong beverage background to help elevate operations and drive financial performance.

• ?? What You'll Be Doing
• ?? Lead beverage operations with expertise in ordering, cost control, and inventory
• ?? Own financial performance : P&L oversight, forecasting, budgeting
• ?? Train, coach, and develop FOH leaders and hourly staff
• ?? Drive execution and guest experience in a high-volume environment
• ?? Build strong vendor relationships and maintain brand standards
• ? What We're Looking For

3+ years in leadership (AGM or higher preferred)

Strong beverage management experience (ordering, Bev cost, inventory)

Solid tenure — no job-hopping

Confident with financials and cost systems
