Position Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be at the heart of creating an exceptional experience for both prospective and current residents. This role combines sales, customer service, and property presentation in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. You'll help drive leasing success, support resident satisfaction efforts, and be an integral part of a high-performing on-site team.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Marketing

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents, making them feel welcome and at home from the start.
• Follow up with all prospects within 24 hours to maintain strong engagement.
• Maintain accurate traffic logs and generate leasing reports to support community goals.
• Process applications and assist applicants with questions in accordance with company guidelines.
• Keep online listings and social media posts fresh and up to date.
• Support community events and prepare thoughtful move-in gifts.
• Review rental rates and make recommendations for specials or concessions.
• Collaborate with locators and outside agencies to drive traffic.
