We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our growing Industrial Property Management team in downtown Denver. This position will be onsite in our downtown Denver office and will help oversee our Industrial portfolio in and around the Denver area. The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing direct management oversight for the assigned retail properties. The Property Manager is responsible for maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients. Specific responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client, and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Property Manager (PM), you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an industrial portfolio. You are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing TI and / or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff. You will be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to both building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing, successful relationship.
