Shipping Specialist

Join our dynamic fulfillment team as a Shipping Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to manage sales orders using Netsuite, ensuring all shipments are accurately picked and prepped. As part of our team, you will handle domestic and international shipping, requiring familiarity with FedEx, UPS, and dangerous goods logistics.

Responsibilities

• Review and process sales orders in Netsuite for shipment.
• Prepare and pack sales orders, including additional accessories when necessary.
• Handle domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
• Utilize FedEx and UPS for shipping, with a focus on dangerous goods and lithium-ion batteries.
• Complete and manage customs paperwork, including assigning Harmonized Tariff Codes for international shipments.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail to prevent errors.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hayward, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00 / hr.
