Quality Process Inspector (Inspector II) –Tire Build (Night Shift)

YOUR TASKS

Performs detailed tire and semi-product inspections to ensure compliance with Continental Tire WW quality standards and QMS regulations while documenting findings addressing non-conformities and supporting safety and environmental protocols. Responsibilities also include data entry daily reporting and promoting exemplary policy practices.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Execute tire inspection to ensure product quality level compliance with Continental Tire WW standards
• Must be able to pass color vision exam to perform tasks
• Utilize refer to and perform tasks using Continental Tire WW semi-product off-standard standards catalogue and QMS standards (ISO / TS16949 CCC etc.)
• Inspection of semi-products from preparation to curing according to control plans
• Take the necessary actions in case of non-conformities (inform relevant production personnel stop the next process from using the off-standard material blocking of semi-products and items produced with off-standard material)
• Apply non-conformance procedure
• Complete over-inspection checklists
• Enter data into the electronic SPC data collection system where applicable
• Input of quality related data into shopfloor system
• Produce daily report for quality engineers
• Complete error proofing verification
• Be self-managed detail-oriented and capable of performing under pressure
• Follow all plant ESH CBS quality and department processes and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
