Job Details

ICU / IMC Float Registered Nurse position at Hrmc Jv General Partner in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

Role involves floating between ICU main, ICU Overflow, and IMC (stepdown unit).

Shift options : 7a – 7p or 7p - 7a with rotating weekends.

Weekly guaranteed hours : 36.

Patient population : Adult / Geriatric.

Common diagnoses / treatments include CABG, TAVR, STEMI, NSTEMI, Stroke, Trauma, cardiovascular, neuro, medical surgical ICU / IMC.

Job Requirements

Current State License required.

2 Years Recent Acute Experience required.

Must have ICU / Critical Care skills and experience.

Preferred skillset includes Mixed ICU, Cardiac / CVICU experience.

Required certifications : ACLS (Preferred : TNCC, PALS).

Schedule Information

Shift options : 7a – 7p or 7p - 7a.

Rotating weekends.

No block schedule requests; 48 hour shifts can be considered but not guaranteed.

Orientation is weekly.

Unit Specific Information

Unit : ICU and IMC (stepdown unit).

Number of Beds : ICU – 16, IMC – 30 (including ICU Overflow).

Patient Ratios : ICU – 1 : 2, IMC 1 : 3 or 1 : 4.

Equipment used : Baxter Infusion Pumps, GE Monitoring.

EHR system : Medhost.

Patient population : Adult / Geriatric.
