What You’ll Do :
- Deliver personalized, hands-on therapy care to clients in their homes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and design tailored treatment plans to improve clients’ quality of life.
- Educate clients and caregivers on disease management, adaptive techniques, and home safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Re-evaluate and adjust care plans to meet evolving client needs.
What We’re Looking For :
Licensed Occupational Therapist (state licensure required).Experience : 1+ years in home health, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings.Skills :
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously.Tech-savvy with EHR / EMR systems (e.g., experience with [specific software]).Compassionate communicator with a knack for building trust with clients and families.Flexibility : Willingness to travel locally to serve clients in the following areas (mileage reimbursement provided).Service Areas :

Roxbury, Mattapan, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale.Area 2 : Quincy, Weymouth, Randolph, Braintree, Brockton.Area 3 : Cambridge, Allston, Brighton, Brookline, Somerville, Charlestown.Area 4 : Lynn, Chelsea, Revere, Everett, Malden, Medford, East Boston, Winthrop, Melrose.Area 5 : Andover, N.
