Job Description :

• Support fellow employees through coaching training and encouragement
• Provide active involvement and interaction with Guests and employees to drive maximum satisfaction and to set a positive example.
• Resolve routine Guest service issues.
• Maintain a strong commitment to continually enhance knowledge.
• Communicate operational issues with the MOD
• Monitor supply and equipment usage
• Comply with safety standards and procedures
• Hold employees accountable to stated expectations and procedures
• Effectively manage employee breaks in your lot(s)

General Requirements :

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
