We're actively seeking a talented Sr Business Systems & Reporting Analyst to join our IRSG Growth Execution Team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha NE.

As a Sr. Business Systems & Reporting Analyst you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by acting as a strategic partner to business leaders by leveraging data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and improve efficiency. This role is key in enhancing reporting capabilities, ensuring data integrity, and driving cost-saving initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

How you'll help move us forward :

• Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
• Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic / tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
• Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
• Applies and integrates statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis skills to manage and manipulate complex high volume data from a variety of sources.
• Analyzes large quantities of data and presents insights and predictions (e.g., on customer behaviors and preferences, new products and services) to support management planning, execution and monitoring of business decisions.

Base Pay Range : The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$110,700.00 - $135,300.00
