Desired candidates will have :
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook working in a well-rated restaurant
- Strong knife skills with the ability to execute dishes consistently and effectively.
- Preferred knowledge in Mexican cuisine (sauce, preparations, dishes)
- Availability including : AM, PM, and Weekends
- Ability to work well with a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment
