Provide management and delivery of patient care plans

Support patients in Glen Carbon and surrounding areas

Reward the accomplishment of key achievements during the first year

Schedule and Shift Details

: 7 days on followed by 7 days off : Mon-Thurs : 5P to 8A; Friday- Sunday : 8A to 8A (would more the less be a on call position during the weekends) - (2) holidays per year – 1 summer & 1 winter; 3 floating holidays
