Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
    \n
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control systems, and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
    • \n
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and schematics.
    • \n
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery to minimize downtime.
    • \n
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
    • \n
  • Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and other automation systems.
    • \n
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and other safety standards.
    • \n
  • Collaborate with engineers, maintenance staff, and production teams to support operational goals.
    • \n
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on tasks.
    • \n

Required Qualifications:

Education:
    \n
  • High school diploma or GED required.
    • \n
  • Associate degree or technical diploma in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
    • \n
\n
Certifications:
  • \nValid State Electrician License (Journeyman or Master, depending on state requirements).
\n

The salary range for this position is $45-$55 per hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
