Benchmark Engineering is looking to bring on a new structural design engineer for their growing buildings group. The engineer will be responsible for designing and managing structural projects for clients from inception to construction.

This is a unique opportunity to join Benchmark Engineering's growing structural engineering team in a key technical role. The firm serves as a go-to source when local structural design expertise is needed throughout Mississippi. A variety of project types and client needs both large and small keeps the work interesting, challenging, and engaging. Projects range from local sports facilities (NW Rankin Baseball Stadium, Left Field Lofts at Mississippi State) to cultural institutions (Delta Blues Museum Addition, the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame) and include commercial buildings, hotels, residential developments, churches, warehouses, and industrial buildings.

Requirements :

• BS in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related Engineering Discipline
• Licensed PE preferred.
• 6+ years of experience
• Prior structural building design experience
