QA Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, QA Engineering to lead Agile Quality Assurance and Test Automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration

Define, implement, and enhance QA strategies and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

Evaluate and implement QA tools and manage CI / CD pipelines for automated testing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred

5+ years of experience in SDET, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role

Proven experience in managing and developing QA teams

Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and QA methodologies, particularly Agile / Scrum

Demonstrated expertise in test automation and experience with various automation frameworks and tools
