The Role

We're looking for a Senior Content Manager to own SpotHopper's content strategy across all owned channels — including the website, blog, email, and organic social. This role is both strategic and hands-on : you'll manage our content roadmap, write and edit high-impact pieces, and partner cross-functionally to drive growth, engagement, and brand trust.

We're looking for someone who embraces the power of AI to scale faster and smarter — using tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Perplexity to ideate, draft, refine, and optimize across formats. You'll also oversee the website's performance and SEO, working closely with our Engineering team to implement improvements. What You'll Do

• Manage all content across SpotHopper's owned channels : website, blog, email, and social media
• Own the content calendar, aligning campaigns with product launches, customer stories, and seasonal initiatives
• Lead the expansion of the SpotHopper website — building out new pages and sections that support lead generation and SEO
• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword targeting, on-page optimization, and content structure
• Write, edit, or oversee compelling content that reflects our brand voice and speaks to independent restaurant owners (our ICP)
• Coordinate with Engineering to publish content and implement updates via our proprietary CMS
• Track content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and use insights to drive continuous improvement
• Monitor online sentiment and reputation on platforms like Reddit and TikTok, collaborating with Customer Success to address feedback
• Maintain a consistent, human-centered brand voice across all content
